As we get older, most of us tend to put on weight and therefore need healthy weight-loss. It wasn’t until I tried this program that I realized how I should have used this healthy weight-loss program a long time ago! Let me explain:
Since I am such a foodie, I tend to carry around a few pounds more than I’d like. As healthy as I eat, I still have a weakness for cheese. I am French after all. I guess that I can’t deny that I have a somewhat unhealthy relationship to food and catch myself being an emotional eater. Can you ladies relate?!
I’ve tried a lot of programs over the years but recently started a 90-day program which involves two meal replacements and supplementation that help with energy, cortisol levels, and cellular health. I eat one healthy meal a day which makes it so easy for me to get more done. Less time in the kitchen is a wonderful thing, especially as a business owner!
I am on day 16 and have already lost ten inches, four pounds, and 2.52% body fat. Healthy weight-loss means that not only am I losing weight but my energy is sky high, my sugar cravings are gone as well as my emotional eating. Don’t get me wrong, I still find immense pleasure in eating but I don’t need food like I used to.
Here’s the real shocker. I went out with a girlfriend the other day for happy hour. She got several appetizers that looked delicious and she wanted to share. I took a couple of really small bites because I didn’t want to ruin my evening shake. Now that’s a shocker. I came home and told my husband who said “What happened to you?”. My new program is what happened to me and it’s changed my life. Who knew that weight-loss could be so delightful?
What amazes me about my great results is that I wasn’t big to begin with – the last 5 to 10 pounds are known to be the hardest to lose. I have never had such good results so quickly and I am just thrilled. I will let you know what happens in the next couple of weeks.
