I know mine isn’t on straight but at least I’m working on my head / neck alignment. Being a tall woman, I have slouched for as long as I can remember. I was 5’6 in elementary school and was taller than all the boys. That made me self-conscious and a sloucher. As an adult, I of course love being tall but it’s taken time and work to straighten me up!
I’ve been working with Dr. Nimira, a chiropractor in Santa Monica who specializes in upper cervical care or head and neck alignment. She is helping my neck feel better and get my head on straight. What a relief! Through adjustments and at home exercises that literally take two minutes a day, my head / neck are starting to align.
